Hello, I'm Courtney a certified Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, and my health journey started in my early 20's when I started having some health issues, and after a very long battle trying to figure out what was wrong, I was finally diagnosed with Lupus. Since that day I have made my health a priority with a little bit of Grit and ALOT of Grace. I have a real Passion for Health and Wellness and truly love help guiding people through their Journey's, whether they are just beginning or have been on their journey for awhile.
